With approximately 60 people donating their time and energy, volunteerism is the heart of the Pegasus program. Without you, our service to the handicapped community could not exist. While there is a trial period consisting of three sessions and we require commitment and dependability, most of our volunteers find that they actually receive as much as they give. For many, it is a labor of love that provides an exciting and fulfilling challenge. For others, it is working with the horses that is the motivating factor. In any case, we welcome you to Pegasus and hope this will be an experience you'll never forget.
Can YOU Help?
Volunteers are needed to assist with therapy sessions and grooming horses in the mornings on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday and in the evenings on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Volunteer Orientations
Volunteer orientations are offered on Thursdays at 5:45. An appointment is necessary. Please call in advance at 215-742-1501. Our age requirements for volunteers begins at 14 years of age.
The schedule for therapy is:
- Monday
5:30pm-7:30pm
(No community service hours) - Tuesday
5:45pm-8:45pm - Wednesday
9:00am-1:00pm &
5:45pm-8:45pm
- Thursday
9:00am-11:00am &
5:15pm-8:45pm - Saturday
9:00am-1:30pm
Volunteer Form:
This form cannot be submitted on-line. Forms must be signed in the presence of a Pegasus staff member. If volunteer is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must be present to sign forms.
